Truckee River Greens
Truckee River Greens is a luxury home development situated along the Truckee River. Construction commenced in 2025. West Springs was selected as the HVAC contractor to design and build the climate control systems ensuring year-round comfort in all 68 homes. This project was developed in collaboration with Desert Wind Homes. West Springs was awarded the Truckee River Greens contract, along with numerous other projects, due to our reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and dedication to timely project completion.
Smith Ridge
The Smith Ridge Project involved renovating a low-rise apartment building. West Spring Heating and Air was selected to design and build the HVAC system. The original structure was stripped to its core and completely renovated. West Spring Heating and Air was awarded this contract due to our proven expertise in retrofitting older buildings with modern, high-efficiency HVAC systems.
